Returns Policy

Damaged in transit goods should be returned for refund or replacement using Royal Mail/Parcelforce. Telephone 44 (0)1865 203244 for instructions.

We will refund or exchange damaged or broken goods at no cost.

If you return goods because they are not suitable we will refund original purchase price and postage on safe receipt of the goods at our home address in Oxford. This must be done within 30 days, no exceptions.

We do not issue refunds in any other circumstances.
